The NOI for this SEIS was published in the Federal Register on October 11 (EDT) and October 12 (ChST), 2012. The NOI briefly described the proposed actions and announced the intent to hold public scoping meetings. The Joint Guam Program Office held a series of public scoping meetings on Guam, 8-10 November at the following locations:
- Thursday, Nov. 8, 2012, from 5:00 pm to 8:00 pm, Bldg 4175 (old McCool School) Gym/Cafeteria (Map)
- Friday, Nov. 9, 2012, from 5:00 pm to 8:00 pm, Okkodo High School
- Saturday, Nov. 10, 2012, from 12:00 pm to 3:00 pm, University of Guam Field House

Your feedback on the preliminary alternatives will help define the scope of the environmental analysis and what is studied in the Supplemental Environmental Impact Statement (SEIS). The public scoping comment period began October 12, 2012 and ended December 10, 2012, ChST.
